
For over fifteen years, Randy Wells has represented injured victims in cases involving all facets of personal injury claims. These include automobile accidents, bicycle accidents, pedestrian accidents, premises liability actions, wrongful death actions, and product liability claims. He handles claims related to property disputes between neighbors, and real estate broker/agent malpractice actions. His practice also includes the representation of employees in claims against their employer for wrongful termination, sexual harassment, unpaid wages, and Labor Code violations. Mr. Wells has tried cases in the Ventura, Los Angeles,

and Orange County courthouses. His trial experience ranges from personal injury cases- wrongful death, automobile versus bicycle, automobile versus pedestrian, automobile versus automobile, dog bites, and products liability to real estate cases. Mr. Wells was selected by his peers as the 2013 Ventura County Trial Lawyers’ Association Trial Lawyer of the Year.

Mr. Wells is involved with various professional, non-profit, and volunteer organizations. He is a board member of the Ventura County Trial Lawyers Association, charter member of the Ojai Valley Lions Club, and attorney advisor to the Villanova Preparatory School mock trial team. Mr. Wells has held memberships in the following organizations: Ventura County Bar Association, Ventura County Trial Lawyers Association, Consumer Attorneys of California, and American Bar Association.

Personal
Randy is a lifelong resident of Ventura County and the Ojai Valley. He lives in Ojai with his wife and daughter.
